This is an agreement between you and Carol L. Steinel/ www.carruch.com ("We", "Us", "Our"). Before downloading Digital Content, please read these terms of use. If you download Digital Content, you will be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Format
All of our downloadable recordings are in MP3 format. They have been compressed to create smaller files that can be played in any standard MP3 Player or MP3-compatible device.
We compress our files to retain a good listenable quality, while creating the smallest file possible -- however, these downloadable files will not be of the same audio quality as our hard-copy, shipped CDs.
If you wish to move these MP3 files to an audio CD for use in a standalone CD player, they must be encoded as .wav files before you burn them to disk. You may already have a program on your computer which will allow you to do this, and there are also a number of free programs available to do so. We bear no responsibility for damage to the Digital Content or your computer hardware or software should you choose to do so.
Copyright
Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in this Agreement (below, "License"), all rights, title, and interest in the Digital Content are reserved and retained by Carol L. Steinel. You do not acquire ownership rights in the Digital Content as a resulting of downloading it. All material is copyrighted by Carol L. Steinel, with all rights reserved.
Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, all Digital Content purchased may be downloaded and used for your personal, non-commercial use only, through the means of your home computer or personal audio device.

Any recording, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, selling, publishing, broadcasting or circulating of the information, without explicit written permission of the owner(s), will be illegal and prosecuted as such.

agreement explicitly does not apply to any digital content accessed on the
website www.scsmembers.org
Digital
content offered for free listening at www.scsmembers.org
is covered by our website's Terms of Use, and no digital content offered there
is to be downloaded to your computer, recorded to your computer through
third-party applications, or used in any manner that is not approved by the
agreement found at this link: Terms of Use.
Digital Content
License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this Section 2.2. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. Except as set forth in the "License" section above, you agree that you will not redistribute, reproduce, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, publish, circulate, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property Carol L. Steinel, and is protected by law.
Explicit Content. You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
All Sales Final; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it.. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We may, from time to time, remove Digital Content without notice.
