How Can I Find the Products I'm Looking For? [TOP]
On the left, you will see main categories (example: "Readings", "Recordings"). Clicking on one of these categories will open a drop-down menu of subcategories, where you can click on various types of products you wish to purchase.

You can view all the products in our catalog by clicking "All Products", or see new additions by clicking "New Products" (just below the Categories section).

You may also search the catalog by entering keywords in the search box on the upper right, or the advanced search. Click on any product to be taken to its full description page.

Do I Have To Register as a Customer ? [TOP]
To order from this site, you must register and provide the required customer information. Your information will never be shared or sold by us (Please see our Privacy Policy for more information).

When you register, please write down your email and password for your customer account, as you will need them to log in during later visits. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Log In page, and a new password will be emailed to you (you must enter the correct email address that you used when you registered in order to receive your new password).

We do not collect credit card or other financial information, and we process all credit/debit orders via Paypal -- you will provide your financial information only at checkout, directly at the Paypal site. We will never see your credit card information or any of your paypal login information.

How Do I Order? [TOP]
Once you have registered as a customer, you may order through the site. Add the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by using the "add to cart" buttons on the product page. Your total shopping cart will appear at the right hand side of the page, and you may review it at any time by clicking on the blue Shopping Cart link.

What Payment Forms Do You Accept? [TOP]
Credit/Debit Cards:
We process all credit/debit card order via Paypal (we do not accept e-check payments at this site). Paypal is free to you and secure. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this payment service -- simply use the "don't have a Paypal account?" section once you are forwarded to the Paypal login page.


After you pay via Paypal, you will be returned to this site, and any downloable products which you have purchased will be available for download immediately -- simply click "My Account" at the top of the page, and your orders will be displayed. Click "view" on the appropriate order and you will see a download link listed for your downloadable products. This link will remain active for 48 hours after your purchase (you are allowed 3 download attempts). If you have difficulty downloading, please see here.

Check/Money Order Payments:
If you wish to pay with a check/money order, you may select the Check/Money Order option at checkout. You will be taken to a confirmation page which tells you where to send your payment. Please print this page for your records.

If you are paying with a check/money order under a special, your payment must be postmarked by the closing date of the special in order to qualify for any discount.
  • Readings Paid by Check/Money Order: If you use the site to notify us of your intention to pay for a reading by mailed check/money order, please note that your reading is not considered paid until we actually receive your check. Please make note of this in terms of qualifying for any special prices or discounts which require that your payment be postmarked by a certain date.
  • CDs/Physical Goods Paid by Check/Money Order: If you order shipped goods, we will ship your order when your payment is received.
  • Downloaded Recordings Paid by Check/Money Order: If you order downloadable products and wish to pay via check/money order, we will notify you by email when your payment arrives (your order will be marked "pending" until your payment is received). Once we receive your payment, your order status will be changed from "pending" to "processing", and your download links will be available at the "view" page of your order.
How do I Download My Product? [TOP]
Once your payment is completed (either online via credit/debit card or when we receive your check/money order mailed payment), you can log in to "My Account" and view your order. A download link will appear under any order for which payment has been completed.

Download links are active for only 48 hours from the time your payment is completed, and you may make 3 attempts to download using this link. After 48 hours (or 3 attempts), the link will automatically become inactive.

If you have difficulty downloading your product, please contact us. We can email you a renewed download link if your internet connection times out during your download and you exhaust your allowed download attempts. (Please also see "About MP3 Downloads")

What do I do if my product is Damaged, Defective, or Faulty? [TOP]

We make replacements only (not refunds) for the following items:
  • CDs or goods physically damaged during shipping.
  • Faulty or defective physical goods (Example: CD will not play on any computer or standalone CD player -- please note, older CD players sometimes refuse certain disks -- please try your CD in more than one CD player/computer to determine if the disk itself is truly the problem before requesting a replacement.)
  • Faulty or defective downloadable goods (Example: An MP3 file will not play after a successful download directly to your computer). We do not make replacement for downloadable files when:
    • You lose these files during a computer crash or because of other technical problems on your computer (please be sure to back up your MP3s -- we do not replace MP3 sales because of a data loss on your computer).
    • You experience problems with MP3s when you transfer them from the original file downloaded to your computer to another audio device or CD. (Again, back up your MP3s before attempting to transfer.)
We will make replacement under the conditions listed above. We do not offer refunds. To initiate a replacement claim, please email us, including the following information:
  • The Order Number under which the damaged/faulty product was purchased.
  • Description of the damage/fault -- Please notify us of whether the item is/was:
    • Damaged in shipping
    • Faulty or defective (please describe what attempts you have made to use the product)
