About Downloadable MP3 Products

All downloadable products are distributed under our "Digital Content Terms of Service". When you download and/or use your product, you are agreeing to the Digital Content TOS.

Our downloadable recordings are in MP3 format, which is a compressed audio format creating smaller files which will fit easily onto the average IPod or other MP3-compatible phone or audio device. Due to the compression of the sound files, the recordings are not CD quality (although the sound quality is quite good). If you wish CD quality recordings, please purchase recordings using the "Shipped CDs" format.

If you wish to move these MP3 files to an audio CD for use in a standalone CD player, they must usually be encoded as .wav files before you burn them to disk (Some newer CD players can play MP3 disks, but not all.) You may already have a program on your computer which will allow you to do this, and there are also a number of free programs available to do so. We bear no responsibility for damage to the Digital Content or your computer hardware or software should you choose to do so.

How to Download:

Once your payment is completed (either online via credit/debit card or when we receive your check/money order mailed payment), you can log in to "My Account" and view your order.

Here's How:
  1. Log in using your user information
  2. Click "My Account" (this will show in the top menu once you are logged in)
  3. Once you click "My Account", your orders will show in the main window.  Click "View" (to the right of the order you want to view)
  4. If your payment has been received, a download link will show beneath the order you are viewing.  Simply click this link and your download will begin. (note:  If you have more than one downloadable item in a single order, you must click each link to download it)

Download links are active for only 48 hours from the time your payment is completed, and you may make 3 attempts to download using this link. After 48 hours (or 3 attempts), the link will automatically become inactive.

If you have difficulty downloading your product, please contact us. We can email you a renewed download link if your internet connection times out during your download and you exhaust your allowed attempts.
