In nearly all cases, your physical goods order will ship within 2 business days of our receipt of your payment. We will notify you by email if there is any delay in this timeline. We produce CDs and other physical orders on an as-ordered basis.

USA and Canada -- Nearly ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING! All orders of physical goods under 10 lbs. are shipped free, via media mail, to the USA and Canada. Orders from 10 - 25 lbs are shipped to US and Canada at a flat rate of $10.00, media mail.
International Orders: Shipping charges are based on order weight. This is calculated automatically at checkout, and weight of your order is shown in your shopping cart.

RETURNS
Physical Goods: You may request replacement of goods damaged during shipping, or replacement of faulty or defective CDs, within 30 days of receipt of your order. We provide only replacement of faulty, defective, or shipping-damaged goods -- we do not issue refunds for any physical goods.
Downloadable Goods: All purchases of downloadable goods are non-refundable, and are purchased under our Digital Content Terms of Use. By dowloading the product, you are consenting to the Digital Content TOS.
